Alison Armstrong

I’ve always drawn. One of my favourite subjects to draw was ladies, mostly clothed in crazy outfits only a child’s mind could dream of, with unnaturally tiny waists, big hair and beyond skinny legs. The proportions are a little more life-like now, but the ladies of Decor cards are still all about fun, fresh and funky.

I’m inspired by today’s and yesterday’s timeless fashions, Audrey Hepburn’s poses and Kate Spade’s combination of colours and wonderful style “rules”. Some are hip, some traditional, but always thoughtfully put together and engaging.
